At Thread Thesis, we want you to love every piece you wear. If something doesn’t fit right or isn’t quite what you expected, we’re happy to help with an exchange.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

Only size exchanges or product replacements are allowed. We currently do not offer refunds.

Items purchased during sale or discount offers are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process

  1. Email or WhatsApp us at customercare.threadthesis@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Mention your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason.
  3. Once approved, ship the product back to us at the provided address.
  4. After we receive and inspect the product, we’ll process the exchange and dispatch the new item.

Important Notes

Reverse pickup may be available in select locations. Shipping charges may apply.

If your desired size or product is out of stock, we’ll issue refund.

In case of any defective or damaged item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with product photos.
